Training

Scallan's have fully audited rigorous food safety, tractability and hygiene policies in place. Our staff are fully trained in the area of food safety and receive ongoing training to keep up to date with current food safety procedures. All staff members hold the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

HACCP

All key areas of Scallan's Food Service are subject to ongoing rigorous monitoring and analysis. Control points are identified with all ongoing checks fully recorded for strict quality compliance and assurance.

Traceability

The products we supply are fully traceable, our processes ensure fully documented trace ability.

Labeling

The products which we supply are in accordance with current food labeling legislation. We have processes in place to monitor and comply fully with modern labeling standards to ensure full compliance for our customers.

Food Safety Audits

Regular daily procedures are in place to check our in house processes in order to achieve ongoing diligence in the area of quality control. External audits are carried out to check our compliance and food safety standards.

Cleaning Schedual

At Scallan's Food Service, we have a cleaning schedual for certain areas of our custom built warehouse

We support Irish business wherever possible and offer a range of European foods. We are fully HACCP compliant, Registered with the South Eastern Health Board
